After graduating, Luca honed his skills at the prestigious Teneggi-Belfiori-Chesi firm in Bologna. He further specialized by attending a rigorous post-academic course in Tax Law and Bankruptcy Law at the University of Bologna, complemented by studies in Economic Penalty Law in Milan, focusing on complex legal-corporate issues including those of an international nature.

Luca has a strong track record in handling international affairs, guiding clients into foreign markets in collaboration with local professionals. His judicial defense experience is notable, particularly in safeguarding the freedom of individuals and protecting assets in international criminal contexts, covering areas such as MAE, extraditions, asset freezing, EU sanctions, and Schengen S.I.S. reporting.

As the head of our internal Real Estate and Business Immigration Department, Luca assists clients with relocation projects to Italy, ensuring a seamless transition. His commitment to social justice is evident through his financial support of ONLUS associations that aid the most vulnerable groups, both within Italy and abroad.

Qualified to practice law before the Higher Magistrates, Luca is also fluent in Russian, allowing him to serve a broader client base. His comprehensive legal knowledge and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our firm and to those he represents.
