Dear Mr Maher, I would like to inquire about a property purchase. If I buy a property that currently has a tenancy contract ending after my purchase, and the seller has already issued a legal notice allowing the tenant to stay for a maximum of 12 months, does the tenant have the right to require another legal notice from me, the new owner, once the property is transferred?
Dear Dina,
no need to send a second notice to the tenant.
